Mobility2You is an online shopfront designed to better service retail customers through the convenience of online shopping.

DELIVERY

Our delivery options provide our customers with a range of options to provide the most efficient and convenient delivery experience.

Your delivery options will be made available to you at the checkout after entering your delivery postcode in the cart or checkout process.


Boxed Delivery (unasssembled) Delivery

Within the Central Coast, we offer the option of boxed delivery. Depending on the product, it may require some assembly. 


Pre-Assembled Delivery

This option enables the customer to have their product delivered fully assembled and in working order. This option is ideal for the elderly or customers who may have difficulty assembling the product themselves. The product is assembled and delivered by a qualified technician. 

Shipping times are estimated at between 2 - 5 days for Central Coast and 5 - 7 business days for regional NSW.

We offer free boxed (unassembled) delivery within a 20km radius of our warehouse, on the Central Coast. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. For orders outside the Central Coast or for assembled delivery please contact us for customer quote on 02 4367 5751. 

 

TRANSACTIONAL

We accept both Visa and MasterCard at checkout.

Yes, an invoice is attached to your order confirmation email. You can also access copies of your invoices under the my account section of the website.

 

WARRANTIES & RETURNS

If your equipment is faulty we advise you to contact us at your earliest convenience with your proof of purchase. This process will trigger an internal course of action to investigate the problem, the status of the warranty and provide a plan for rectification.
